1. What types of items do you remove?
We haul away just about anything! This includes furniture, appliances, yard waste, construction debris, electronics, old mattresses, hot tubs, and more. If it’s non-hazardous and not nailed down (or sometimes even if it is), we can probably take it.
2. Are there any items you can’t take?
Yes. For safety and legal reasons, we are not able to take hazardous materials such as chemicals, paints, fuels, asbestos, or biohazard waste. These items must be disposed of properly for the protection of the environment and our local communities.
3. How does your junk removal process work?
Call, text us at 845-415-2007 or contact us online for a Free Estimate. We provide a no-obligation quote on-site. Once you approve the price, we get to work right away and haul your items away.
4. How much does junk removal cost?
Pricing depends on several factors: the pick up location, volume of items, type and weight of junk and the time it takes to load and remove. The volume and weight being hauled away is often measured by the space taken up in the hauling truck and trailer. For example, a truck half-filled with junk items will often be priced less than the cost of a full truck.

5. Can I get an exact price before you arrive?
Since junk comes in all shapes, sizes and weights, we cannot give an accurate estimate until we see the items on-site. Pricing is based on the nature and volume of the material, and we can give you an accurate price when we see the exact amount and type of junk you have.
6. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards.
7. Do you offer same-day or next-day service?
Yes, we do our best to accommodate same-day or next-day requests when available. Give us a call and we’ll work with your schedule.
8. What happens to the junk after you haul it away?
Freedom Hauling and Junk Removal is committed to reducing landfill waste whenever possible. We donate usable items, recycle what we can, and responsibly dispose of the rest.

Matt is so easy to work with, and a super nice guy! We did everything over the phone, and he’s super responsive.
We scheduled a day, told me when he was on the way (I was at work), took everything, sent a pic, and I sent his payment.
His prices are very fair, and took all the stress out of getting rid of all my junk.
